The only time I heard my neighbors was when the girl across the hallway had 10 or more people over for a gathering. The office staff always gets back to me in a timely manner. Overall, the place is pretty nice.

I've live at Siena with my wife since I emigrated in September 2019, and she has live here since Siena opened in 2015. We both really like living here as it is in a great location to commute downtown. The other residents are friendly and the Siena team are very professional and have always helped us with all of our enquiries and any issues we've had. We would highly recommend living here. We love it The apartments are new so everything is up to date and working properly.

The double sinks are really good perk. The only thing it's missing is a garbage disposal. The maintenance and staff are really great! We really enjoy the community events that the staff hosts every month or so. We are new residents and like it here a lot. Staff and maintenance can’t be beat.
The quality of the building seems pretty good. Staff in the office are friendly and quick to respond to inquiries and maintenance requests. The apartments are styled traditionally but the exterior is more modern. The first floor apartments are very convenient for dog owners and generally the community is friendly.

I like the amenities, especially the laundry in unit with new stacked washer dryers. There are a couple of minor things I would like to have that the apartment lacks, but not enough to keep me from renting for sure. The bathtub is rather short and it would be nice to have a garbage disposal but it's not necessary. These are probably unimportant to most people.

The walk in closets provide great storage. The tv and fireplace are a nice plus. We are in close distance to shopping and restaurants, and we have a nice walking path around a lovely little lake. And best of all, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful and provided us many opportunities to meet other residents. Oh, and I can't forget the blessing of warm and clean indoor parking.
Our maintenance requests are resolved very quickly. They have hosted numerous apartment sponsored events i.e. back to school or diwali which where a lot of fun. All things considered, I would lease there. If this agent was an indicator of the rest of the staff, I would expect great service for all of my needs. The community looked great and was well maintained, and it had all the onsite features I would want.
That being said, we enjoyed all other things in the community. We would recommend the community to anybody. Pari and Escar are amazing, always helpful and attentive to the problem. When a issue is reported to Pari, consider it solved. Play area is helpful when you have kids.
Second drawback is in regards to the wiring of the hanging lights and overhead light. I have no idea why these are linked together and why they cannot be turned on independent of one another. Seems like a simple fix for an electrician that the apartment should think about investing in. I would tell them it has been a great time, the facility is kept up with and the staff are amazing. I haven't met a neighbor not worth of speaking everytime I see them. Very pet friendly, they have trails to walk your dogs and poop bags in dispensers to clean up the dogs mess and treats in the main office for the dogs as well.
We look forward to living here for quite some time. Our community amenities are equally attractive. Work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center or let the kids run and play on our onsite play structure. We love a friendly community and encourage you to invite friends over for an intimate gathering at our stylish courtyard with grill stations and fire pit. When you need a little quiet and reflection time, take a stroll around our property where you'll enjoy our beautifully manicured landscaping. Our pet-friendly apartment community also welcomes you four-legged family members to join you.
We love it The apartments are new so everything is up to date and... Great location - close to the city and trails - and super convenient. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. We're settled and happy with our home.
Located about six miles west of Downtown Minneapolis, Eliot is a suburban neighborhood surrounded by plenty of amenities. Along with several neighborhood parks with ponds, Eliot residents have access to multiple golf courses and natural areas nearby. Spend a day on the green at the Minneapolis Golf Club or explore Westwood Hills Nature Center, a 160-acre park.
